Service
Calling Bell provides hyperlocal grocery delivery (fruits, vegetables, dairy, staples, and household essentials). Availability, pricing, and delivery fees may change based on inventory and zone rules.
Orders & payments
Placing an order creates a contract for supply and delivery subject to confirmation and stock. COD and online payments must be completed as shown at checkout. Cancelled or failed payments may release reserved stock.
Delivery
ETAs are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, incorrect addresses, or force majeure. Ensure someone can receive the order at the pin you provide.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
