Return & cancellation policy
Cancel before pickup. After delivery, refunds follow the windows below.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order any time before the partner picks it up from the store. A cancelled prepaid order is refunded to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders have nothing to refund.
After delivery
A full refund is available for 30 minutes after delivery. A half refund is available until 60 minutes after delivery. After 60 minutes the order is closed and is not eligible for a refund.
What we need
Contact support from the order screen or the contact page and include the order number. Perishable groceries that were accepted at the door and later consumed are not refunded outside these windows.
